But here’s something powerful: Just 1 minute of intentional pause—breathing, grounding, soft focus, or even daydreaming—can help regulate your nervous system and reduce tension, anxiety, and overwhelm. A reset doesn’t have to be long. It just has to be consistent. The Built-In “Pause Button” You Didn’t Know You Had Your computer has a hidden nervous‑system support tool built right in. Here’s how to find it: 1. Type “Clock” into your Windows search bar. 2. Open the Clock app. 3. Tap the hourglass icon (Timer). 4. Choose 1, 3, 5, or 10 minutes—and give yourself a micro reset.
