Physical Pain is my Natural Cry for Help!
I used to look at pain of something to get rid of, now... I still of course desire to feel relief but that is not my first thought. now I look at it as an opportunity to bring my body to its natural alignment and I mean not just physical but also mental. When I created that conscious shift on how I looked at pain, the path to resolving my challenges got shorter. That's how my dialog is softening the blow around my pain. 🚫 instead of freaking out➡️ I say: my body needs my attention.📢 🚫 I'm so tired of this pains➡️ Yaa... an opportunity to become whole again. 🚫It's broken! it's torn! i got cancer (seeing the worse case scenario)➡️ I'll go to my DR. I'll get an MRI. 🚫I'm afraid to move, I'll damage it even more➡️ I'll find a movement therapists, take a Pilates class. 🚫I'm sick & tired being sick & tired➡️ I'll call my massage therapist or get somaflow therapy😁➡️ take it easy, take a nap, hydrate myself eat a high nutrient meal. 🚫My mind is racing, I'm so scared➡️ I'll go and meditate. 🚫 I'm getting old ➡️ I know my 37 trillion cells in my body working out for me right now, I believe in my body immense ability to heal. All is well♥️ Let me know if this can create a conscious shift in you or your clients. How do you deal with physical or emotional discomfort? I would love to hear from you.

Stimulate the Flow of Vital Energy
Hello therapist & health career explorers, 🙌 🦾🦶 As a therapist, one of the initial observations I made is that engaging in deep belly breathing significantly enhances my sense of calm and promotes relaxation in my movements, ultimately improving my effectiveness with clients. 🗣️We all can agree that breathing is a natural process, but we often take it for granted. As we grow older our breaths can become shallower and more limited. 😮‍💨 We stop using the diaphragm. 🫁 The lungs don't fill completely with air. 🧟‍♂️The breath barely reaches the top of the lungs and stay mainly in the throat, this depletes the oxygen in our body. Many believe that just expanding the chest 🏋️‍♂️🦍 will provide the necessary oxygen, but if the chest expands too rapidly, it can lead to oxygen binding too tightly to hemoglobin, resulting in less oxygen reaching the cells that require it. What if i told you that you can improve the quality of your breathing with a simple more effective natural method. But first 🙂We invite you to take on a simple yet transformative challenge: grab your phone and set a timer for one minute. During this time, focus solely on breathing deeply through your nose. As you inhale, allow your belly to expand outward. When you exhale, feel your belly gently contract back in. Count the number of breaths you take in that minute and share your results with our community. Join us in this journey of mindfulness and connection!
