Stimulate the Flow of Vital Energy
Hello therapist & health career explorers,
๐Ÿ™Œ ๐Ÿฆพ๐Ÿฆถ As a therapist, one of the initial observations I made is that engaging in deep belly breathing significantly enhances my sense of calm and promotes relaxation in my movements, ultimately improving my effectiveness with clients.
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธWe all can agree that breathing is a natural process, but we often take it for granted. As we grow older our breaths can become shallower and more limited.
๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ We stop using the diaphragm.
๐Ÿซ The lungs don't fill completely with air.
๐ŸงŸโ€โ™‚๏ธThe breath barely reaches the top of the lungs and stay mainly in the throat, this depletes the oxygen in our body.
Many believe that just expanding the chest ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿฆ will provide the necessary oxygen, but if the chest expands too rapidly, it can lead to oxygen binding too tightly to hemoglobin, resulting in less oxygen reaching the cells that require it.
What if i told you that you can improve the quality of your breathing with a simple more effective natural method.
But first
๐Ÿ™‚We invite you to take on a simple yet transformative challenge: grab your phone and set a timer for one minute. During this time, focus solely on breathing deeply through your nose.
As you inhale, allow your belly to expand outward.
When you exhale, feel your belly gently contract back in.
Count the number of breaths you take in that minute and share your results with our community.
