Help me get better…
Hey all- so here is a headlight I restored yesterday…I used stay clear for the first time. There are a couple of hazy spots and I was wondering what I could do to fix that. When I sanded everything looked perfectly uniform, so I was shocked when it looked hazy.
There was also a part in the top left where it was thin and I tried to add more- hard to see in the photo, but it didn’t level out and you can definitely tell IRL. (Maybe I didn’t all the coats fast enough?)
From watching a few videos I think I may have not used enough product…. I also didn’t realize I could just clean it off and re-do it right away or I would have done that. Is that all I did wrong or are there other things I could have done differently/better?
Thanks for your help!
