Hi everyone,
I'm Nick, and I'm excited about starting my journey as an online fitness coach. I come from a blue-collar background and have a solid general understanding of fitness and nutrition. I've been dedicated to working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and I'm confident I look the part. My marketing skills and work ethic are strong, which I believe will help me grow my business.
However, there's one major hurdle I'm facing: I've never been a personal trainer before. While I feel prepared in many aspects, I'm struggling with the confidence to package my knowledge and deliver it effectively to clients. I've heard mixed opinions about getting certified, with some saying it's not necessary.
I'm reaching out to this community for advice. How can I overcome this lack of confidence and ensure I provide valuable training to my clients? Are there specific resources, strategies, or steps I should take to bridge this gap in my experience? Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help!
