Hello 👋🏼 From Manchester!
Martin here… I’ve just joined the group and looking forward to connecting with you all.
Quick intro: I'm the founder of DiGenie Limited, based in Manchester. We're an AI and intelligent automation partner for SMEs across the UK.
What we do: Done-for-you AI chatbots, voice agents, workflow automation, and lead generation systems. We build it, integrate it, and manage it, so business owners don't need to become tech experts.
Recent example: Automated a solicitor's lead capture process and saved them 10 hours a week, captured 100% of enquiries, and eliminated compliance headaches.
I've been building AI systems since 2020 (before ChatGPT was even a thing), so I've seen firsthand how SMEs can use AI properly, not just for content creation, but embedded into actual operations.
Looking to connect with: Anyone who knows a business drowning in repetitive admin, missing leads because they can't respond fast enough, or frustrated that their CRM/tools aren't delivering value.
