A wee favour
Stepping out of my comfort zone here.
I am a finalist for Female Founder Awards Scotland in the Real Estate category and the last bit for deciding the winner is a public vote. Although a lot of you don't know me (yet) my small housing development is what's known as a 'disruptive' and purchaser de -risked, custom build model. I have got the planning, access and services sorted for a master planned community of 19 plots called Strawberry Grange in the suburbs of Aberdeen. Purchasers then have the architect to help them design their bespoke home, within a design code and the contractor builds it for them so they are not trying to manage everything themselves. This model allows for great LBTT and VAT savings as well. If you feel this is a good way to build a new home I'd be really grateful for your vote.
