Stepping out of my comfort zone here. I am a finalist for Female Founder Awards Scotland in the Real Estate category and the last bit for deciding the winner is a public vote. Although a lot of you don't know me (yet) my small housing development is what's known as a 'disruptive' and purchaser de -risked, custom build model. I have got the planning, access and services sorted for a master planned community of 19 plots called Strawberry Grange in the suburbs of Aberdeen. Purchasers then have the architect to help them design their bespoke home, within a design code and the contractor builds it for them so they are not trying to manage everything themselves.
