I got invited to model for a friend that owns a med spa, I'll be doing EZ gel injections which is like PRP (all from my blood and nothing else). I fly out the following day and ideally wouldn't leave with a ton of bruising which sometimes happens. Would Arnica in the days prior, of and post be the one to take? Rapid dosing?

Hiya friends! Tomorrow is National Homeopathy Day - its Samuel Hahnemann's birthday (aka the "father of homeopathy"). I thought, what better way to celebrate than give you all a fun freebie for being here in the Skool community!
