Do You Meet These Standards?
I’ve been obsessed with man standards for years. What do I need to be good at to live and thrive into my 100s? These standards are intended to reduce all cause mortality. I created my BEAST Program around these standards. It’s gotten hundreds of veteran men fitter and leaner. Link to the program HERE: https://www.skool.com/dave-morrow-personal-training/classroom/f5e1aabf Here are the standards which I mulled over for years by reading papers and looking at anecdotal evidence. 1. 40 consecutive push ups 2. 2 minute deadhang 3. VO2 max in the 40s 4. 200m Farmers walk w 30% of BW per hand Bang these out and post about it. Are you meeting the standards?

Least favorite PT workout while serving
Mine was when the staff learned about « CrossFit » Essentially it was 1 hour of max effort, max reps, max pain that was claimed to be « functional » 🤮🤮🤮🤮😎
