Yet so hard but let me tell you something... you can do it. You can commit to 30 days. Im not telling you to strap your boots and go to war which is 100x worse and harder. I'm telling you that you will GAIN time, DO less and FEEL amazing.

Changed the Trajectory of my life
And Im still doing it for the most part! This challenge has unlocked my ability to focus and remain authentic and true to my word. Unbelievable how less is more. Less input and 3x the output. The results show in mind, my body and the work I do for social media, how I show up for others and the people I encounter. Literally vibrating on a different wavelength. Always remember you are enough!!!
