Days 1–3 hit HARD! Let it. Feel it. Know you’re in it but will come through.
You’ll feel urges, doubt, and constant thoughts about food—not because you need it, but because you’ve been in a loop. This is NORMAL! Your dependency and weakness to dopamine hits like gluten and sugar are showing and that’s ok.
This is the hardest phase.
Push through this, and you build real discipline.
