Hiring W2 Technicians
Handy's is expanding our hybrid labor approach with additional W2 Techs right now. A lot of questions have come up about payment options, and which works best.
I'm a firm believer that performance pay is the way to go. In fact, everyone in our company including myself is on a performance plan.
What we have found, is a base hourly rate, plus performance incentives lends to be the simplest option. However, if you are doing performance pay tracking tends to be the most difficult part.
Someone needs to be responsible to handle this.
I've attached an example performance pay structure for those of you who are currently in the process of hiring technicians!
