Sometimes you win. Sometimes you learn.
This weekend I was at a coaching course. To be honest, I didnāt learn that much in terms of new content ābut the exchange with other coaches was really valuable and nice. So in the end, it was still a positive experience.
As part of the course (during the cup finals), we were asked to analyze games and discuss what we would have done differently.
But honestly, I find that difficultā¦How can I say what I would do differently if Iām not coaching that team and donāt know their current context?
