Hey BAMF Hammer Nation. The 6 Essential movements are now up and live. Lots of editing has been going on recently (among other things) and there should be a lot more action in the community in the next few months.
I would love to hear what everyone is planning for the new year and the resolution season. Is anyone hopping back into a fitness program that is not currently in one?
