BAMF Hammer is my baby, (idea baby, I have real kids too) and she’s a strange combo of a love for comics and movies, functional fitness and ancient training techniques rarely used in the West. I’m Shawn and I’ve used BAMF to train first responders, coach athletes of all ages, and get myself to finals on American Ninja Warrior.
