I didn’t want to lift after coming home from working all day . Had to take the bus. My schedule this week has changed to 7-4. Which I would rather do 6-3. Did dips which I swear by , pec flys, hit the tri cep a little and that’s it for the day . Consistency is the key factor here. Continue to show up for yourself in life and for everyone else. You gotta support yourself and keep pushing forward. One day at a time one minute at a time , and one sec at a time..
