Problems with this model:
1. There’s a reason that they didn’t sell. Likely some sort of problem
2. They are getting called by countless agents and are annoyed AF
3. They don’t know you and harder to appease
4. If they don’t communicate well enough with their previous agent to sell, withdraw, or re-sign then they aren’t loyal
I never understood why anyone would spend their time chasing them.
That type of business model has been taught forever. I used to do it and that’s all I knew. It’s a big reason I hated real estate. It’s a big reason 84% quit in 5 years. They think this is the way to be successful and it’s miserable.
Then I learned a better way. A much much much better way and you’re going to love it.
