The love of knowledge is something that exists at the deepest confounds of the human experience, and is integrated into the very codex of our genome. In this realm of density, where humanity was cast many aeons ago- our divine memories were wiped for very good reason; the source of all that is can not have an experience without it. Otherwise, there is no experience. No self-discovery. Life becomes pointless, as omnipresence is so ineffable and all encompassing one truly can not wrap the mind around it. It is the yolk inside the egg trying to understand the whole egg before emerging as life. It is the caterpillar trying to understand the greatness of the butterfly before its own transmutation. To expand; as a caterpillar enters the cocoon, it does not know why it is doing what it is doing. However, that very behaviour is encoded in its very genome (sound familiar?)- It is completely dumb to the realization that it will physically degenerate and liquify, only to have the physicality of its very being restructured in its entirety for a completely new experience when it emerges from the cocoon. Not only does it become more than it once was; it will emerge possessing abilities that unlock an entirely new plane of existence. Capability of flight, wider perception of colour, and light, furtthermore perceiving electromagnetic frequencies from plants in its new purpose in its role as a pollinator; spreading seeds of life of all sorts of plant species and perpetuating the cycle of life for not only its own kind, but to the benefit of all flora and fauna. These plants whom seed it now spreads give home, food, and life to millions of other insects, animals, and even human-kind alike. However if the butterfly is rushed or forced out of the cocoon- its wings will be damaged, or it will perish. And the opportunity lost to oblivion. There are several things to take from this; do not rush that which you feel called to accomplish in this world; though act with a sense of urgency and passion. You likely have no idea the scope of the impact you are going to have on this world as you pour into the seeds you have planted. But like the caterpillar, go forth and do what is encoded within you. The butterfly is no bigger than a few inches, but it will influence sentient beings that are thousands of times its size. This is the truth of the Great Mystery. Act in love, what seems to you a drop in the ocean may very well be the ocean in its entirety.
