Hi all!

My name is Nolan Schmalenberger. I'm an adult ESL teacher at a language school in San Diego.

I used to do 1:1 tutoring as a side hustle and had a small income from it. I now work full-time at my school and don't have as much flexibility as I used to. That said, I'm looking to either ramp up the tutoring business again and/or build something different around hybrid teacher training for new ESL teachers.

My goal for the next 30 days is to meet more folks and get the ball rolling in some direction.

I'm looking for help/guidance/advice on becoming a teacherpreneur and also getting better as a teacher in the modern world.
