Am I a high achiever??
So I'm part way through watching the video on high-achieving teaching and I paused the video as suggested and finished the sentence "a high-achieving person is someone who..." with my own words (...always strives to be better and constantly looks for new or better ways to do something).
Before today, I don't think I would have called myself a high achiever as I was too focused on success / failure, but now I'm slowly coming round to the idea that maybe I AM a high-achiever, because I'm working towards this standard definition of what society deems a high-achiever.
So I guess just because I'm not a dictionary definition, or I don't fit the mould of a high achiever which society has in mind, I'm putting in effort and I'm taking the steps towards improving my business and I'm a hard worker - so when I change my perspective, I realise I'm just a different kind of high achiever 😂🤷‍♀️
