I use to do it with roller coasters as a kid 🎢 Strap in and you can’t back out. So just think about everything but the ride until you can’t get out. Then face the fear head on. Usually in the front row 😳 Somewhere in life it got too scary and I stopped thinking like that. 😖 But I’m a grown a$$ woman and it’s time to stop that mess 🤪🎉🔥 so fear or not, I’m taking this ball and running with it!
