I use to do it with roller coasters as a kid π’
Strap in and you canβt back out. So just think about everything but the ride until you canβt get out. Then face the fear head on. Usually in the front row π³
Somewhere in life it got too scary and I stopped thinking like that. π
But Iβm a grown a$$ woman and itβs time to stop that mess π€ͺππ₯ so fear or not, Iβm taking this ball and running with it!
