We are 3p to reach the 250 members, and I have several changes I want to implement within the next 4-7 days... Including: 🪄 classroom theme 📚 classroom material 💰 pricing 📆 calendar events As the new product/offer (my cookies, as Ev says) is ready and we implement the changes and new processes, I face a decision... A - Leave it as is, make a new post. If they read it great, if not their loss. (freemium approach) B - close entry of new members for a week, market aggressively to new members, special offer for highest engagement, boot the zombies. Free trial. What do you think?
