I'm finally getting some action in my community!🌟
I have a writing community with 108 members 😁 and people are finally getting active in there! For a while, it felt like I was just yelling into the void. Some people are posting their writing and responding to my writing prompts, etc. I'm getting some action, but still not to the level that I want. What do you guys do in your communities to get people active, posting, and participating?

So gratefull and happy!
and slightly unexpected... 🥇 We're only back in first place in the Super Blitz! I know it's so close between me and my worthy competitor @David Ashby from n8n so it could all change at any given moment, but just let me bask in this incredible glory just for a moment. 🌟 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 for anyone supporting us this month and joining us at Start a Business with No Money, I'm so super grateful to you all for supporting me, liking my value added post, and for humouring me my joining in on my occasionally ridiculously silly posts here in Goosify. I love it here with my fellow Geese people. 🥰 Anyway, 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴!!! Just tell me what I can do to encourage you to come and join us to help us win this month? I'll happily share my secrets with you and help you win next month? (I'm so excited right now I'd probably agree to give you all a free all expenses paid holiday, a free car, and a cuddly toy, so please keep your asks realistic 🫣) And if we win, I'll pay for @David Ashby over to mow your lawn! Okay, not really, but if you will have the super satisfaction of knowing you were a key part of that WIN!
So gratefull and happy!

THANK YOU for the Goose Boost! [UPDATE]
Last week I was gifted by Goose and the community with an hour of support about my Skool community offer and positioning copy. [Link to replay is here] The model I'm replicating is Jamie Heinrich's AI Filmmaking. Thumbnail attached. My core offer line was previously: "Buzztown: Where screenwriters stop waiting & start making their movies" Goose suggested "Buzztown" was adding significant friction. Which was a great call, so I removed it. And he also suggested 2 offer ideas with sharper outcomes: "make 5K/month making 1 minute movies" "advance your career making 1 minute movies" Those were very instructive for me. So I played around with all of this, updated the thumbnail, and the next thing I'll test is: "Hey Screenwriter - Get noticed by turning your script into a movie clip" I wanted to call out the avatar more directly. Plus, screenwriters have deep emotional connection to their scripts (they spend 100+ hours on those puppies) so "your script" may strike a nerve. And I think "get noticed" is a little more clear and primal than "advance your career." And here's the About Page copy: =================== GET YOUR STORY SEEN Most scripts die on laptops. But you can make a 1 minute movie from it and make things happen for your career. REAL EXAMPLES 🎬 Jono Matt (Brooks' colleague) created a concept trailer - got Channing Tatum attached to his project before the screenplay was even written. 🎬 Luke Barnett (Brock's colleague) posted a short film online - got 2 million views, and had dream managers and producers fighting over him. 🎬 Steve Pinder (Brooks' client) proved his storytelling ability in short-form work - got nominated for an Oscar. Talent shows - within a minute. WHO WE ARE Brooks Elms is a WGA writer with 45+ scripts written, 2 features directed, and 100+ writers coached 1:1. Brock Swinson is a viral storytelling expert with 400M+ views and host of Creative Principles, where he's interviewed 700+ Hollywood creatives.

The responsibility of great power...
If we all have gifts and talents, and some more than others, how do you know exactly which gift to pour your energy into? I've heard countless times that you need to avoid spreading yourself too thin or go all in on one thing, but what if you have so many passions that you are simply not fulfilled by going all in on one thing? What if deciding to do that one thing forces you to reject every other part of you? Who are we really if we are denying parts of ourselves? So many questions, please send help. Thank you.

Proud Mom Moment: Meet My Son, the Multi-Talented Builder Behind the Magical Skool Bus 🔥🚌
@Cash Vancarson Watching my son welding parts for the Magical Skool Bus fills my heart with so much pride. This young man never attended high school because of the pandemic, but I chose to encourage his natural talents, curiosity, and passions rather than focusing on traditional paths. At only 20 years old, he has already developed incredible skills in: ⚙️ Car mechanics 🎨 Painting 🔥 Welding 💻 Computers 🛠️ Problem-solving and entrepreneurship Before he turned 18, he had already flipped 25 cars. He would buy broken cars at a discount, fix them himself, and sell them all for a profit. He has always been a builder and a creator. For the past few months, he's also been under Goose's wing, learning, growing, and being surrounded by people who believe in creating opportunities and thinking differently. As his mom, I couldn't be more excited about his future and the endless possibilities that exist today. There are so many ways to create your own path and build your dream job doing what you naturally love. I'm incredibly proud of you, son. Keep building. The world needs more creators like you. ❤️🔥🚌 @Goose Dunlavey A special thank you to Goose for believing in my son and giving him the opportunity to work on this incredible project. Your mentorship, encouragement, and trust mean more than words can express. Thank you for helping him grow, learn, and be part of something truly magical. ❤️🚌🔥
