So I guess it's natural that after the excitement of an initial launch things die down, but this is starting to freak me out. We were at 99% engagement for ages which has dropped right down to 84%, I've had 31 people churn last month and new members coming in has stalled considerably to just 1 or 2 a day. This health score from Wingman has totally made me worry, especially the bottom left box with a Rank score of -66623! Please, any and all insights most appreciated! I can't remember Gooses policy on links, but for reference the community is called how to Start a Business with No Money and you can find it from my profile link if you want to dive deeper to help me figure out what to do. Trying to get conversation from my tribe is like squeezing blood from a stone at the moment! 😭 Plus, I'd really like to win this months Blitz. @Larushca Fourie Please can you clarify what you mean by "An idea to help with value could be to Maybe ask the people who you are marketing to each sponsor a VALUE video for each classroom section." Sounds like a good idea, but I don't fully understand it.

Regarding this "Also each module is pointing people to other communities, they probably join and go engage there instead of your community because there is nothing to talk about when you just say who does what without showing or giving any education on the topic inside YOUR space. 🤓" This is a really valid point. I built my community the opposite way around. I haven't created my own offer or modules inside yet, the focus has been on helping my resident experts. In fact, it's exactly what my 18yr old son advised me to focus on this morning! Thank you so much @Larushca Fourie . I really appreciate this feedback. So helpful.😍
