Do you ever set a goal only to feel overwhelmed by it later?
For me personally this used to happen all the time
I'd set daily goals for myself which I thought would be easy AF.
But I was barely able to work through the day because of other things on my plate as well as burnout,
and then I'd get to the end of the day and realize "shit I need to do this big task" lmao
then end up moving it to the next day
and the next...
And so on.
Have you ever experienced this too?
