Do you ever set a goal only to feel overwhelmed by it later?
For me personally this used to happen all the time I'd set daily goals for myself which I thought would be easy AF. But I was barely able to work through the day because of other things on my plate as well as burnout, and then I'd get to the end of the day and realize "shit I need to do this big task" lmao then end up moving it to the next day and the next... And so on. Have you ever experienced this too?

How does everyone wrap up their workday?
Here's how I finish my workday: - Finish off my final remaining daily goal - Turn off my devices - Grab out a journal, plan out the next work day - Journal all my thoughts out - Say goodnight to family and go to bed Looking to add something else. How do you wrap up your day of work?

how to easily 10x productivity (it's not what you think)
Just a few months ago I could barely work for an 2 - 3 hours on my business each day. And because of that it was falling off and I was making NOTHING. Compared to now, I’m working 12 hours a day, with high energy throughout. Getting lots of calls booked and making THOUSANDS. In this post I’ll share you the methods that took me from barely working a few hours to 12 hours+ daily. As a bonus, I’ll give you a step-by-step guide on how to implement it. I know you want to have DEADLY productivity to destroy your competition, and this is a highly underrated method. You’re blessed to be reading this post. NOBODY’s talking about this yet. They’re just stuck on the old ways like “Make yourself a to-do-list!” “Set yourself reasonable goals!” This advice hasn’t worked out for you. They don’t teach you the newest method that people don’t know about yet. I do. Let’s get into it. Step 1: What’s The Secret? Before we get into the secret, we need to understand the SYMPTOMS of the problem which you’ve got. Such as: - Fatigue/Tiredness - Lack of Energy/Focus - Stress - Burnout - Depression/Anxiety Think of your body/mind like a rocket, and that rocket is travelling to a destination (e.g: $5k/mo, $10k/mo) How are you going to fly the rocket if the fuel supply is poor? Same with these symptoms, that all come from one source: Poor sleep Did you know that even losing just a couple of hours of sleep can increase the risk of critical errors in your business by up to 400%? That’s 4X more ERRORS you’re making. Think about if you fixed your poor sleep, That’s 4X less critical errors you’d make. 4X more progress towards your goals and desires. How do we actually fix this problem? Step 2: How Do We Fix Poor Sleep? You might be thinking “Ah I need to follow some extensive biohacking routine in order to do this” No you don’t. Spending time on these habits is NOT going to require the whole day. However it’s going to take a good chunk of time in the beginning to sort out.
