If you're working with businesses that have low volume lead flow, then don't follow the common guidance of complex webforms or on-page qualification.
I've learned this from working with over 30 local businesses. We've run hundreds of tests and finally are realizing that a really short opt-in or webform with just a few fields for contact information capture is far better for low-volume lead flow businesses.
There was recently a post in the GHL main group about a very similar welcome workflow that uses AI to do the qualification for you. I would suggest everyone move their clients to this format. The reason we used to have more complex webforms was to do the qualification for us. However, if a potential client is not ready to buy, this kills their form completion rate.
So let way more people in but let the AI-tool do the qualification at the next step. We've seen an 31% increase in qualified leads with some of our clients and an aggregate increase of about 12%. So a huge win for our clients which means a huge win for us!
