Waiting for A2P for DR Campaigns

I read through just about all of the threads on here about A2P, but haven't seen an answer:

I've been reading in the GHL group that it takes about 7-14 days for campaigns to be approved. How is everyone overcoming that when selling DR campaigns?

How do you work out customer payments, and how do you work out the 'if we're not seeing the results we expect in the first 3 days or so, we'll give you your money back'.

Just trying to figure out how to sell this effectively and being able to answer questions that I've gotten in the past for text campaigns.

I know I'm getting ahead of myself, I just have a very analytical brain.
