To all germans out there

Hi guys, I just wanted to gather the best information on the SMS issue. I heard there is a form by Twilio from which you can buy German numbers. I have also heard of different approaches with automations that somehow redirect from America to Germany. So there seem to be many possibilities. Could someone share the results they got on the issue ? Would help me tremendously🙃.
