Problem responding to comments on TikTok

Hi everyone, my name is Milton. I’m currently experiencing the following issue

I have an automation set up to reply to all comments on TikTok. However, sometimes certain comments are not responded to. In some cases, the comments don’t enter the workflow at all. In other cases, they appear as “responded” inside GHL, but the reply does not show up on TikTok.

The most frequent issue is that some comments simply don’t receive a response. The automation is configured to reply to all comments (it is not divided by specific posts, since there are multiple videos). I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this problem.

I’ve considered dividing the automation by post, but I’m unsure whether that would actually help or just increase operational workload. I’m also wondering if this could be related to TikTok limitations or a connection issue with GHL.
