Noob Questions sorry for that

Hey Guys i have two questions, cause i am kinda lost hope somebody can help.

1. I am setting up my fiirst rep management campaign right now and i am wondering regarding the Email adress which should send the Emails. The Email Adress should be purchased by myself and is supposed to be warmed up right? How can i achieve this in a trial period when landing a client? Or is there any other way to make sure the Review Emails do not land in spam?

2. i added LC Phone to my agency account, but unfortunately they dont provide german cellphone numbers for SMS. Somehow i cant at Twilio to the integrations neither remove LC Phone. Someone has an advice on that?
