How do i price my services in the beginning of my agency?
I would love some feedback on how to price my services.
So to give some context: I run a agency for solar companies. My services will be DR, Lead Nurturing, Facebook/Instagram Ads. Basically getting new appointments for my clients. Filling their calendar so to say. I really have great confidence in my service, and how to deliver- but i have no experience.
Now, i was initially thinking of a 1,500$/m min 3 month retainer, but I recently chaned my offer to: only pay us 10% of your profit from the sales we set the appointments for. So if we get them 10 appt, they close 1 of them, we get 10% of the profit they made on that one sale.
This is just in the beginning to get the testemonials etc, but is this selling myself short? I have no idea.
