HELP - Google Biz profile shut down!

I recently had my profile shut down and I don't know why. They said I was misrepresenting my business (what on earth does that even mean?). They asked me to verify my location, so I shot a video of my home from the road (since I work at home).

That wasn't good enough, so I appealed their decision. They asked me to verify my biz with my name on utility bills (they are in hubby's name!), or biz license (which I don't need for my current business)! So now my business profile has been suspended & I'm now invisible!

Does anyone know how to fix this?! How can I help people with their Google profile when I don't even have one??? 😵
