Getting started with new clients..Quick question

When approaching a new client are you running an initial DR without all the A2p registration stuff. I want to be able to move quickly and get started with an initial campaign/low cost trial without having to get all their info and wait for registration. Is this what’s recommended? If so is there a certain threshold I should stay under with sending before registration. Just wondering how you guys are getting started with people without initial roadblocks
