Extendly Snapshot A2P10 Approval Help

Hi everyone, I’m trying to set up this for my business partner’s agency & his clients but I’m having some trouble.

I think Wix is giving us an issue when trying to update the A record so I can add our domain as a custom value for the client-getting email sequence.

Also I’m now getting an error message when trying to upload the client A2P10 snapshot & I’m not sure why.

I’m sure it’s just some simple fixes I’m overlooking.

If someone has some time tomorrow to help sort this out it would be much appreciated.
