DR for Chiropractors

Have you seen DR work in the medical niche? The main objection I get is HIPAA violation. They don't want to alter or send the list because it will be a HIPAA violation.

I had about 7 on a phone call, once I tell them how we will be using their list of past and current patients to get them appointments, they close off and cite HIPAA violation. I work with Chiropractors.
