Don't "Sell" to your past client?
Most people use DBR to focus on selling to the "past client". That is the complete wrong mind set.
I started using what we now call DBR for my Real Estate business sin 1993. I canceled all my print ads and focused on the relationship to my past clients. My company grew for 2 people in a small house to a huge team in multiple states using the system
When you are talking to past clients you need to focus on them as your referring partner, a friend that wants to help you grow. Your focus is who THEY know, not selling them. When you position the offer right, they will get you referrals AND buy if it is the right time.
