Sometimes the smallest things say the most about a business.
I saw this sign at Panera today. Instead of leaving customers wondering what to do if the WiFi isn’t working, they make it easy by providing a dedicated help number.
That simple sign says:
“We thought about you before you needed us.”
That’s what providing value looks like. It’s anticipating needs, removing friction, and making life a little easier for the people you serve.
Question: What’s one small thing you’ve seen a business do that made you feel genuinely valued?
