Litter box life lesson.
Came out this morning to feed the canine and feline “kids.” The cat just stared at me. Not normal. More like, “you forgot something.” I kept going. She didn’t stop. Then it hit me. Skipped litter box duty last night. Sunday routine. Trash day prep. Didn’t do it. So now I’m apologizing to a cat and opening a brand new trash bag on a Monday morning for something that should’ve been handled yesterday. She had a point. Little things done consistently serve others better than big things done occasionally. What’s one small thing you’ll stay consistent on this week?

Rejection Therapy #5 - Not what I asked for
Building my “rejection muscle” inspired by Jia Jiang author of “Rejection Proof.” Most avoid the ask when a “no” feels likely. That costs opportunities. Challenge #5: ask a flight attendant if I can do the safety announcements Simple ask. Slight discomfort. Real growth. Here’s the video.
