I’m always always about feeding your body the good stuff because you always function at a much higher version of yourself… But this time of year always puts that whole concept to the test 😅 I love my festive luxury lattes, the treats, the cosy food, but I also feel this pull to look after my body, my gut, my energy… I hate feeling bloated, tired & sluggish and I always felt like I had to choose one or the other This year, i’m making it my mission to enjoy both worlds, this is all about being creative with healthy foods, moderation over limitation of the treats and enjoying the best of both worlds It’s festive feels you get with all the festive food and drink, the joy and memories it’s all a part of the fun of this time of year! ANNNND I’m choosing to feel good in my body through all of it I’m not down for feeling like I’m starting over in January Just balanced, intentional, feel good choices. I’ve started drinking Restore every morning to support my gut health, reduce bloating, and help my body feel lighter from the inside out, I’m only on day 2 and I can tell you already it’s great… helps things gently stay in motion if ya know what I mean 😅 and alongside it, I’m making really yummy, cosy meals that fit the winter vibe all the while doing damage limitation with my body and wellness goals Like this one… 🤍 🍒 FESTIVE GLOW UP BREAKFAST Greek yoghurt Cinnamon Fresh cherries A sprinkle of granola And a drizzle of honey I then mixed it all up, then topped it with more cherrys, granola and honey with a little good dusting for cute festive vibes! Omg I have to say this rise is giving me energy.... thank god for that cos when your a mum of 2 toddler boys who are going through sleep regression and a cleaner, you need something to pick you up... I'm down to 1 coffee a day but no more afternoon slumps and energy until bedtime. Only wish I'd started it sooner 😉
