I’m always always about feeding your body the good stuff because you always function at a much higher version of yourself… But this time of year always puts that whole concept to the test 😅 I love my festive luxury lattes, the treats, the cosy food, but I also feel this pull to look after my body, my gut, my energy… I hate feeling bloated, tired & sluggish and I always felt like I had to choose one or the other This year, i’m making it my mission to enjoy both worlds, this is all about being creative with healthy foods, moderation over limitation of the treats and enjoying the best of both worlds It’s festive feels you get with all the festive food and drink, the joy and memories it’s all a part of the fun of this time of year!
