Single or Multi member LLC ?
Hi everyone! Can you advise me on the best LLC to establish in 2024(single or multi member) to avoid any issues with banks or getting paid because of the W9 stuff? My business will be online, without any employees in the US. I'm interested in opening a bank account with Mercury.
