Accepting cryptocurrency payments and service providers

Anyone has been working with a cryptopayment service provider? Which is best?

Upon a quick research I have found Bitpay, Nowpayments, Coingate, Cryptomus and Coinbase. Have not gone deeper on each to know fees and conditions.

I am also not sure how are the regulations for a non USA resident WY single member LLC accepting crypto from USA customers and non USA customers. All quite new for me how the USA handles crypto for Biz.

As a crypto expert for many years, I know well all can be done in a descentralized way to get paid with zero fee cost (like providing my public address to the buyer on my site for example an receiving a USDT P2P transaction), but I am not sure how I can manage confirming the payment in a more automatic way, unless If I do myself by opening my wallet and checking the transaction to them and proceed with infoproduct delivery.

Any comments from the community would be great.
