Disregarded SMLLC transfer money to another Disregarded SMLLC
If both Disregarded SMLLC's send money to each other, do they have to pay taxes or are those transactions considered disregarded?

I am actually on a same situation, a disregarded SMLLC (different owner) is looking to hire services and pay my disregarded SMLLC, will taxes be paid?
Do you really need ITIN as a non-resident?
ITIN stands for "!Individual! Taxpayer Identification Number". I've seen a lot of questions about ITIN number. I want to just notify anybody about the necessity to fill a U.S. federal tax return every year in case you want your ITIN to remain active. If you won't fill it won't be active. You assign ITIN for yourself when you fill the tax return form W-7. Primarily it's not an identifier for a bank or a credit rating, it's a number to pay your annual personal taxes in America. If you are a non-resident of the US, you need to pay your personal taxes in the country you reside. Filling the yearly personal tax declaration (which is ITIN created for) is an option for non-residents. Do not consider ITIN as an identificator for the bank/credit cards/credit score on the first place, it is only the second place. Federal tax is the purpose, you should fill the form every year. "If your individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN) expired, you must renew the ITIN if it will be included on a federal tax return." Without renew it will be expired: https://www.irs.gov/tin/itin/how-to-renew-an-itin An ITIN is a 9-digit number the IRS issues if you need a !U.S. taxpayer identification number for federal tax purposes!, but you aren’t eligible for a Social Security number (SSN). You may need an ITIN if you’re a: - Nonresident alien claiming a tax treaty benefit - Nonresident alien filing a U.S. federal tax return - Resident alien filing a U.S. federal tax return - Dependent or spouse of a U.S. citizen/resident alien - Nonresident alien student, professor or researcher filing a U.S. federal tax return or claiming an exception - Dependent or spouse of a nonresident alien U.S. visa holder Source: https://www.irs.gov/tin/itin/individual-taxpayer-identification-number-itin P.S.: If you want to build your personal credit history with the US and want to fill personal taxes every year you should apply for ITIN. Otherwise you will have EIN for any business operations connected with banks, etc.

It is quite interesting all these details about ITIN. In the beginning I thought ITIN was for the company but it is for personal taxation. I actually hold a Social Security number from years ago when I had a green card, not holding it at this point. I am assuming this SS could be used in case I need it for credit score, paypal and payment processors. I am also assuming SS, right @James Baker ?
Tax Filings for Year 2024
Hi everyone. The deadline for tax filings is soon approaching. I would like some guidance on the process. While I know it is just over a week away I have very little or nothing to report for the year 2024. Basically my LLC had not made me money since the end of last month. The only items I may need to report are deductions for LLC filing and other small purchases for the LLC. My LLC was formed in August 2024 and the only outgoings I've had was the formation and filing fees. I know I must fill out the 1040NR what other forms are critical for foreign owner LLCs? I would appreciate all and any input

1040NR if you had US trade business. Did you sell to USA customers? You should evaluate if 5472 + 1120 is for you. Check James videos and you will find something about taxes.
Which is the Best US Bank to Cash Out Crypto?
Hi WISE just rejected my transfer from Coinbase institutional account labeling crypto as "illegitimate" I remember both Mercury as well as Relayfi not being comfortable either. What are you guys using currently? Thanks

I have opened a pro institutional account with Kraken for my SMLLC. All it was needed was to fill out their request form, then I received an email asking to clarify couple things about the purpose of my business, send a bank statement and couple invoices and in two weeks I got it approved. This was done a month ago.
Open a Paypal Business in US / Non US resident
Hello, I own an LLC in the US. I am neither an American nor a resident of this country. I have applied for an ITIN number because ultimately I want to open a Paypal Business account in the US. The problem is that Paypal requires its account holders to reside in the country where they operate, and in my case, that must be the US. Are there any members here in the same situation? Have you managed to open a Paypal account despite these difficulties?

guys, I thought I would not need a Paypal account, but here we go, I need to open one!!! As they require our personal information as a tax ID (ITIN??!!), I am wondering what they do with it if my account is for my business and a business account? Eventually, awhile ago, I got a social security for being a previous legal resident green card holder in the past. Eventhou I gave up the green card, my SS is still valid. So, on the application for a biz Paypal account, I was asked for the last four digits of my SS. I don't understand the consequences of informing my SS number. Maybe I should actually get an ITIN since I do not live in the USA.... or maybe it would be better to use my Social Security.....Any one can comment?
