1️⃣ Step One — Choose Your Gladiator Archetype
Pick the physique + training style that matches your goals. You can find all 8-week archetype plans in the Classroom.
If you're unsure, post in the community — we’ll help you choose.
2️⃣ Step Two — Set Your Calories & Nutrition Targets
Go to the “TDEE” section and use the Calorie Setup Guide:
- Select your goal: fat loss / lean gain / recomposition
- Follow the instructions to calculate calories
- Set your protein target
Don't overthink — consistency beats perfection.
3️⃣ Step Three — Read the Warriors Mindset
Your daily habits matter as much as your workouts. Inside “Warriors Mindset” you’ll find:
- Water intake target
- Steps target
- Reflection / check-in habit
- Sleep checklist
These are your foundation.
4️⃣ Step Four — Introduce Yourself
Go to the Welcome Thread and share:
- Your name
- Your archetype
- Your goal for the next 30 days
- One habit you want to improve
This builds early accountability and connection.
5️⃣ Step Five — Prepare for Your First Training Day
Download your chosen program. Check the exercises for Day 1. Plan the time you’ll train tomorrow — lock it in.
Your environment creates your results.
6️⃣ Step Six — Start Tracking
Inside “Tracking & Progress”:
- Add your starting photos
- Add your measurements
- Add your Day 1 weigh-in
