Hope everyone has been hard at work, we really hope Gladius is making a difference to you all and you are feeling the effects. Our goal is going to be to consistently find better ways to help you train so anyways we can help please don't be shy! I am going to be away next week with a work project but Fab will still be here to help you with anything you need. 💪
