Why do service businesses feel harder online than they should?
I’ve been noticing a lot of service-based businesses struggle online, even when they’re good at what they do.
It’s usually not the service itself it’s how confusing it can feel from the outside.
If someone has to ask a lot of questions just to understand what you do, they usually hesitate.
