Hui my name is Tokyo! I live in Houston, TX and I plan on making $4,000💰 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: - Learn how to find and keep owner-operators consistently👷🏽♀️ - Get confident negotiating loads and talking to brokers🚛 - Build a stable dispatch business so I can save for my apartment by December🏠 For fun I like to do these 3 things: - Making fire music and performing🎶🖤🎶 - Cooking good food and trying new recipes🍱 - Streaming, vibing, and creating content👾💜👾 Also this is mehhh 🐜

@Tokyo Shadow Welcome to the community, I’m new here like yourself looking to find my own way as well to dispatching carriers or other drivers that might work for my company. I’m a driver who has his own company looking to get my own authority. Thought that learning how to become a “professional” dispatcher would give me another skillset to draw from out there in the real world on the job. Anybody started their dispatching journey yet? Using DAT loadboard , if so, which plan did you start with?

@Jasmine Johnson The plan is based on what works best for YOU AND YOUR CARRIER and if you’ve never used it then you need to first understand it and what it does and how it works in order to determine whether or not you can even do it yet effectively. You have to walk before you start running.

@Jasmine Johnson Okay so your point is what about the 20K people? Not everybody is in the free program and they didn’t all just join, some may have quit others may have left some may have moved on to other things some have became dispatchers. So help me to understand why how many total people are still in the program even matter at this point?

I’m just advancing in my chosen field this is the promotion I’ve given myself in order to expand my skillset naturally in an industry I already know and understand it’s just the next logical methodical move in my playbook. Build your infrastructure to become solid and strong in order to better stabilize any and all growth that may come from it vertically or horizontally.
