My carrier with the Authority purchased me a seat with Truckstop. I have had this seat for a long time 7 months or so. Out of the blue they just cancelled my Dispatcher Seat cause I am a 3rd party. They sold the seat specifically for a DISPATCHER and now do not offer DISPATCHER Seats. NO Warning, no nothing, just turned it off. No email warning no notice sent out NOTHING. I tried using the Authority's log in and they blocked my IP as well. This happened yesterday. They put in 2 tickets saying "OH WOW LETS FIX IT" It took them over 24 hours to tell me all this. I could not book loads at all for my drivers. Put us straight out of business. Has this happened to anyone?
